Petitioner is accused in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation of demand of dowry against husband of the deceased. Further submission is that after investigation, the Police has submitted charge-sheet against the petitioner under section 306/34 of the I.P.C. Petitioner has no relation with the deceased family. Petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2019.

Case No. 150 of 2019.
