The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is not named in the written report. No T.I.P. has been held. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. The petitioner was arrested in another case vide Salimpur P.S. case no. 71 of 2018. The police on suspicion remanded the petitioner in the instant case. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S.
