This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No. C2/454/18 for the alleged offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. In the instant case, police has recovered 18 liters of Nepali Saufi. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2018. Considering that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.08.2018, this application is allowed.
