Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, marriage of informant's daughter (Rina Devi) was solemnized with Shankar Das and her daughter was blsessed with three children from her wedlock. It is further alleged that all the accused persons killed informant's daughter by hanging on 15.04.2022 and performed her last rites and on 16.04.2022 informant came to know about the death of her daughter.

No.1677 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioner no.1 is brother-in-law (Bhaishur), petitioner no.2 is gotni of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners and they are separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 10th (East) Muzaffarpur in connection with Musahri P.S. Case No. 97 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
