2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted on the head of son of the informant by means of iron rod. Doctor has found grievous injury.
