The petitioner is in custody in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 309 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 29.08.2018. He further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on confessional statement of Nanhaki Nut who has been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 57099 of 2018 vide order dated 10.10.2018. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79668 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S.
