The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 233/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and others tried to grab the ancestral property of informant and demanded extortion.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a Title Suit no. No. 441/2016 is pending between the parties and on account of which the informant and his brother filed several cases for grabbing the land and demanding the extortion. Similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Bharat Rai @ Bharat Lal and Vikarma Manjhi have already been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80006 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail vide Annexure-2 series.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 233/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
