2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 132 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.
4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2025 and claims clean antecedent. He further submits that the victim girl is a major and have got married to the petitioner which is

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-1, Katihar/concerned Court below in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 132 of 2025.
