After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application and surrender before the learned Court-below at once, failing which the learned Court-below shall take coercive step against the petitioner for his apprehension or attachment of the property for the reason that while refusing anticipatory bail on 02.11.2018 to the petitioner due to suppression of criminal antecedent by the petitioner this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender within thirty days. The petitioner has neither challenged the order before the superior Court nor surrender in pursuance of that order.
