Petitioners seek bail in Pupari P.S. Case No.519 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and 30(A), 38, 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted that there is no recovery of any illicit liquor from conscious possession of the petitioners. From the seizure list, it appears that seizure has been made from the orchard of Rajaram Mahto and Baithkaa of Bharat Mahto.
