I) For issuance of a writ of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ/direction /order commanding the respondents no.

4,6,7,8 and 9 to initiate encroachment proceeding under the relevant provision of the Bihar Public Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.16363 of 2023(2) dt.07-05-2024 2/3 Encroachment Act against the private responding who is not only encroaching and blocking the right of the only way/passage of the petitioner but also a large number of people owning the neighboring plot of land.

II) For the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents no.4,6,7, 8 and 9 to ensure status quo at Plot number 23 Mauza Sasana, P.SKudara, District-Kaimur at Bhabua which is the subject matter of the present litigation and not to allow any construction on the above mentioned plot of land till the final adjudication of the present writ petition.

III) For the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents no.4,6,7, 8 and 9 to remove encroachment in front of the petitioner purchased residential land in equally to the eastern length touching to plot no 23 about 12 fit way/passage to link the petitioner's land with the National Highway."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 9 i.e.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16363 of 2023(2) dt.07-05-2024 3/3 the Circle Officer, Kudara, District-Kaimur (Bhabua), for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
