2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandradip P.S. Case No. 137 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR was registered against unknown persons after the recovery of a dead body.

4. The petitioner is the father of the victim girl and he is said to have killed the deceased because she was having a relationship with different persons and it is the case of honour killing.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 10.2.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
