2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chutiya P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., lodged on 17.06.2025 by the informant Urmila Devi.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the petitioner's daughter was trying to leave the home, the villagers brought her back. However, the petitioner's family were infuriated by the said action and she was summoned. She narrated the story, whereafter the allegation is that the petitioner gave Tangi blow to her causing injuries. The accused persons also assaulted her minor daughter. This led to the F.I.R.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no Tangi blow injury is there, fracture is in the hand but the Doctor has been found it to be grievous, the same is not a vital part.
5. Learned APP Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, opposes the prayer submitting that a perusal of the learned Sessions Judge order would show that there has been fracture in the Phalanax and the injury has been recorded as grievous.
6. Considering the allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the lady causing grievous injury, in that background, it would be appropriate that he seek bail.
