JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Navanagar P.S. Case No. 210 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 135 liters of liquor was seized and petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. II- cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80599 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 with Navanagar P.S. Case No. 210 of 2018 with condition that one of the bailor should be near family members of the petitioner.
