2. The petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Circle Officer, Kudara, Kaimur for redressal of his grievances.

3. If such an application is filed, the Circle Officer, Kudara, Kaimur is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law after hearing the respondent no. 10 and other encroacher/s.

4. The aforesaid exercise must be completed within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. The petitioner has liberty to pray for Stay on construction activity by the private respondent/s before the Circle Officer, Kudara.
