====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the soil work was to be done as per the estimate prepared but the work was not done properly and in that manner, the Engineer as well as ExMukhiya has swindled the government money. From the record, it appears that the petitioner has prepared the MV book and under his supervision, the work has been carried out. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
