Petitioner is in custody in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2018 for the offence under sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was apprehended by the police as he failed to produce paper of the Bolero bearing registration no. BR-7P-1270.

Learned counsel further submits that similarly other co-accused, namely, Md. Amanullah, Md. Aftab and Afroj Khan have been granted bail by different benches of this Court. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly circumstanced other co-accused have
