Mr.Ajit Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties as well as the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R. I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Barh, District- Patna in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 74 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:
(i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
(ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
(iii) The petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and

No.900 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 make himself available as and when required by the court and in the event of failure to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reasons, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of his bail bond.
