2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 61 of 2013 instituted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75699 of 2025(3) dt.24-02-2026 2/2 under Sections 147, 149, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 02.05.2013 by the informant, Yogendra Prasad.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that since a decade ago, they were granted benefit under section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C., they intend to surrender before the Court concerned and shall seek bail.

4. If the petitioners surrender in next eight weeks, the Court concerned shall see to it that the case is taken up and dispose of preferably on the same day.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
