The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khazauli P.S. Case No. 177 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 14.10.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 352.500 liter liquor was seized from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
