Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 11165 of 2018 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 939 of 2018 registered under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 350 liter Mahua wine from the Maruti Suzuki WB02T-2743. The petitioner is said to be the driver of the aforesaid vehicle, and the owner of the wine and vehicle is one Ramesh Rai of Didarganj, Patna.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner is having a
