The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case no. 29 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to none fulfillment of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of deceased, daughter of informant and he used to reside separate from Ajit Yadav, husband of deceased, but whole family members have been implicated in this case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72469 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-V, Bihar Sharif in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
