The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 354B, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he via roof entered into the informant's room where she along with her children were sleeping and started misbehaving and disrobing her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case with the motive of wrongfully withholding Rs.50,000/- taken as loan from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1489 of 2023(2) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 petitioner's mother. It is further stated that petitioner's mother has also lodged a complaint case bearing Case No.1165 (C) / 2022 against the informant and her henchmen. It is further submitted that petitioner and his family are very poor and works as labourer for their survival but the informant and her husband are very cunning persons and used to cheat the poor villagers like the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 627 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
