2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Suplementary Special Case No. 06 of 1999, arising out of Sadar (Dagarua) P.S. Case No. 145 of 1999 dated 30.05.1999, lodged under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

3. This is a case of misuse of bail.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2023 having clean antecedent. He further submits that the main case has been registered in the year 1999.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Purnea in connection with Supplementary Special Case No. 06 of 1999, arising out of Sadar (Dagarua) P.S. Case No. 145 of 1999.

8. The Court below is directed to conclude the trial within six months as the petitioner has already suffered too much.
