Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed before this Court a copy of Memo No. 807 dated 08.11.2019 issued under the signature of Sub-Divisional Officer, Sonpur, Saran by which these petitioners had been called upon to submit the required documents in the office of the Sub-Divisional Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.20939 of 2019(4) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 so that further action towards grant of permission may be taken up.

Learned counsel for the State submits that as soon as these information are furnished by the petitioners, the necessary decision will be taken without any delay on the part of the SubDivisional Officer, Sonpur, Saran. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed off directing the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sonpur, Saran to consider and take a decision on the grant of permission to the petitioners as soon as the documents required in terms of letter dated 08.11.2019 are submitted in his office. In any case after submission of the documents, the decision must be communicated to the petitioners within three days because the Court has been informed that the 'Mela' has already begun and each day delay will be a loss to the State as well as the petitioners.
