2. The accused/petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihar Excise P.S. Case No.766 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.
3. The accused/petitioner named in the FIR and is in custody after cancellation of his bail bonds on 30.08.2024.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that due to single misuse, the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled and the date on which it was ordered was strike date as called by the local Bar Association. It is further submitted that the non-appearance of petitioner, as

5. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Exclusive Special Court (Excise) No.-2, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Bihar Excise P.S. Case No.766 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the CrPC/under Section 480 of the BNSS.
