The petitioner is accused in connection with Jehanabad POCSO Case No. 52 of 2019, arising out of Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 580 of 2019, registered under Section 354B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

The accusation is that on 23.07.2019, at about 1 P.M., daughter of the informant, Niru Kumari, went to the school to take her son but her daughter did not return. After passing over 1⁄2 hour, informant proceeded towards the school then saw both children in the way. On seeing the informant, her daughter started weeping and disclosed that in course of going

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66448 of 2019(4) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 to school, she was taken in the hut by the petitioner who tried to outrage her modesty on allurement of toffy but on raising alarm, she was left.

Submission is that in fact informant used to reside in rented house situated in front of grocery shop of the petitioner and the grocery materials were taken by the informant without paying the money and when petitioner demanded dues money Rs.13034/- then informant lodged the present case with false allegation only to give undue pressure. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in 23.07.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad POCSO Case No. 52 of 2019, arising out of Jehanabad P.S.
