JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 555 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 224 and 225 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR petitioner was warrantee in another case and he was taken in High Tech hospital from where he fled away.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was not warrantee in any case, rather he has been granted bail in that case and in that case petitioner received injuries and he was under treatment in High Tech hospital and he has been discharged from the hospital and whole allegation is false and concocted.

However, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by learned court below on the basis of above submission and on verification on record and, if possible to be disposed of on the same day.
