The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No.58 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have injured the leg of the victim.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, which is from 24.08.2023 and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. 5.
