This modification application has been filed stating that in order dated 30.9.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.61996 of 2019 in place of 'Buddha Colony P.S.Case No.231 of 2019' the words 'Kotwali P.S.Case No.231 of 2019' has been typed and for that he has filed modification application, which is listed for orders.

In view of submissions as well as on perusal of order dated 30.9.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.61996 of 2019, it is modified to the extent that whereever there is 'Kotwali P.S.Case No.231 of 2019' mentioned, be read as 'Buddha Colony

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71851 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 P.S.Case No.231 of 2019' as well as in para no.2 in place of 'Buddhar Colony P.S.Case No.383 of 2017' be read as 'Buddha Colony P.S.case No.383 of 2017' and rest parts of the order shall remain intact and further two weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below from the date of receipt of the order.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of with above modification.
