1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.I) For that the concerned respondents may be directed to enquire the matter regarding the illegal activities of the Respondents No. 7. 9, 11 and 12.

II) For that the concerned respondents may be directed to take action against the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.16266 of 2023(2) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 No. 7, 9,11 and 12 for their illegal work by way of lodging F.I.R.

III) For that the concerned respondents may be directed to initiate departmental proceeding against the respondent No. 7, 9, 11 and 12 by way of suspending them."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Collector, Biharsharif (Nalanda), for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
