Petitioners are accused in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 08.08.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66244 of 2019(3) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019.
