The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 115 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 163.5 litres of illicit liquor and the petitioner is said to be apprehended from the spot.

I have perused the bail petition and I find that the petitioner has pleaded that there is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. by the Police in making the seizure list. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 20.09.2018.
