Petitioner has withdrawn his bail application vide order dated 17.10.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.56536 of 2021 which reads as follows:- "After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned Court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order."

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5042 of 2023(2) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 below, chose to file a new anticipatory bail application. Considering that earlier, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was withdrawn by himself, I am not inclined to entertain this application.
