JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-10-2025 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44725 of 2025 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

2. It appears that vide order dated 18.07.2025, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks but he could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated period of time.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had gone to Delhi for earning his livelihood. Hence, he could not surrender and furnish

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the content of the modification application, this court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

5. The order dated 18.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44725 of 2025 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

6. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.

7. The application stands allowed to the above extent.
