Petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that total 15 liter of country made wine was recovered from the motorcycle where one person was stand over with motorcycle.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that nothing was recovered from possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79075 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018.
