JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 This is disposed of record and in this record vide order dated 02.01.2019, this Court had directed the trial court to conclude POCSO Trial No. 30 of 2018 (arising out of Basantpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015) within five months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of order dated 02.01.2019 but the aforesaid case has not been disposed of as yet by the learned trial court. However, learned trial court has sought six months further time for disposal of above stated case vide letter No. 356 dated 11.7.2019.
