2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khagaria Rail P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 143(5), 146 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 79 of the JJ Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have been involved in child trafficking.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72213 of 2025(4) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 Supreme Court in the case of Pinki Vs. State of U.P. reported as (2025) 7 SCC 314, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. The Court below is directed to conclude the trial within six months.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Khagaria through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
