2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to delete certain relief(s) sought for in paragraph no. 1 of the writ petition in course of the day.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that he has already filed a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Madhubani and seeks to pursue remedy before him for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition.

5. As prayed for, the District Magistrate, Madhubani, is directed to call for the records relating to the Gram Panchayat concerned with respect to the steps taken by the Mukhiya of Panchayat with respect to the construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan over the plot appertaining to Cadestral Survey Khata No. 547, Khesra No. 5534 and Revisional Survey Khesra No. 8478 measuring area of 7 Bigha 18 Katha, which have been proposed by the petitioner to be appropriate place for construction of Gram Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan, which lies in Parsa (North) Gram Panchayat, Ghoghardiha, Madhubani.

6. The District Magistrate, Madhubani, must ensure to call for the records from the Circle Officer, as well as, Block Development Officer, Ghoghardiha, with respect to the development which are required to be carried on in construction of the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in the concerned village by

7. The identification of site and plot must be done well within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order, after giving appropriate opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties.

8. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
