2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 545 of 2022 arising out of Belaganj Thana P.S. Case No. 379 of 2021 registered on 27.10.2021 lodged under Sections 498(A)/304(B)/34 of the I.P.C. which has been rejected vide order dated 22.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.30881 of 2022.

3. Counsel further submits that liberty has been granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after nine months from the date of rejection. Counsel submits that nine months has already been lapsed.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that earlier, report has been called for. From the said report, it seems that charge has been framed on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75852 of 2023(3) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 11.08.2023 and Trial Court has sought nine months to conclude the trial.

5. Considering the fact that trial is likely to be concluded in a short period of nine months, as such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner

6. With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
