2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354A, 354C,506,509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 66/67 of the IT Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation vide terms of settlement dated 6.3.2024 mutually agreed upon by them.
