Petitioner seeks bail in Pranpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 356, 379 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion. Police has recorded confession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 27.09.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
