The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2019 in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 129 of 2018 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from his conscious possession but from a Maruti van belongs to one Aman Rai. It is further submitted that the name of petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the apprehended accused person. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
