JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2023 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. 24381/2020 with a prayer to extend the time limit for appearance of the petitioner before the court below by further two weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to spread of COVID, the petitioner could not appear before the court below for furnishing bail bond within stipulated time limit given by this Court vide order dated 11.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. 24381/2020 .

Accordingly, let the order dated 11.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. 24381/2020 be modified to the extent that time limit for appearance of the petitioner before the court below be extended by further two weeks from today.
