Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sessions Trial No. 156 of 2015 arising out of Simri P.S. Case No. 125 of 2002 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty local village politics. Further he submits that in the instant case, summons has been issued against the petitioners under Section 319 of the Cr. P.C. after lapse of 20 years of lodging of the first information report.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Sessions Trial No. 156 of 2015
