2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to approach before this Court for grant of bail. Earlier, vide detailed order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82525 of 2023, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected.

3. Vide order dated 13.12.2024, a report was called for from the learned Court below regarding the stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial. In compliance thereof, a report dated 20.12.2024 has been sent by the learned A.D.J.-13, East Champaran at Motihari, which is at Flag 'A' to this application. In his report, the learned Judge has,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76827 of 2024(4) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 inter alia, stated that the trial will be concluded within 3 to 4 months.

4. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby once again rejected.

5. The learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months.
