Petitioners are accused in connection with Special Case No. 7499 of 2019 arising out of P.R. Case No. 167 of 2019 registered under Sections 30 (a)/32(1), (3)/41(1)/41(2) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 21.08.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67018 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 7499 of 2019 arising out of P.R. Case No. 167 of 2019.
