JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 272 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Mithilesh Sahani has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5464 of 2018 on 02.02.2018.

No.8159 of 2018 (2) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S.
