The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, petitioner is said to have sold the land by making forged and fabricated documents by showing the informant (father) dead in the sale deed as late Naresh Prasad Soni.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned
