The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No.199 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 59255 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands of similar footing. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

No.68855 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.-Banka in connection with in Belhar P.S. Case No. 199 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
